On starlit winter nights, skies midnight blue, millions of sparkling snowflakes drift to the earth and totally transform the landscape. Wherever the snowflakes land, the most humble dwelling becomes a snow castle and the muddiest mile a winter wonderland. In the midst of a very unholy time and place, pure holiness and love descended into our world. What happened that night transformed the landscape of every receptive human heart and piece of the planet.
O Holy Night!
"“O Holy Night, the stars are brightly shining,
It is the night of our dear Savior’s birth;

Who is this man?
Jesus gave the world the first important movement.
“In the new life there is no difference between Greeks and Jews, those who are circumcised and those who are not circumcised, or people who are foreigners or Scythians. There is no difference between slaves and free people. But Christ is in all believers, and Christ is all that is important.” Colossians 3:11
Jesus changed how we look at history.
Anno Domini (Year of our Lord)
Nero (68 A.D)
Napoleon (1821 A.D.)
Stalin (1953 A.D.)
O.M. Bakke’s book, “When Children Became People: The Birth of Childhood in Early Christianity”
Jesus shaped education
Jesus defined art
Jesus changed political theory
Jesus changed how we view human rights, worth, and dignity
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and have been endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights…” Declaration of Independence
The question is not, “Who was this man?”
The question is, “Who is this man?””
