Jacob Young
Lead Pastor

Jacob Young is the Lead Pastor at Cornerstone Church. He sets vision and strategy for Cornerstone, as well as being the primary teaching voice. Jacob has been Lead Pastor at Cornerstone since the church’s relaunch in August 2020. As a lifelong native of Northeast Ohio, Jacob is motivated to see the city of Akron experience how Jesus changes everything. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Akron and a Master’s Degree in Theology from Ohio Christian University. Jacob and his wife, Jessica, live in the Akron area with their two daughters, Eden and Evelyn, and their son, Griffin.
